Full gearbox rebuild

With over 40 years of experience, we offer high-quality gearbox rebuilds for your unit twin models with the four and five-speed types.

We strip and assess the gearboxes to produce an estimate for the work and parts required. We itemise all the costs, so you know exactly what we’re doing. We will replace worn gears, sleeve gear bushes and kick-start ratchet gear bush on the main shaft.

We check all the threads before the final assembly and use helicoils where the thread isn’t salvageable. In addition, we use new sprockets, tab washers and modern oil seals throughout the rebuild.
